Capabilities & Specifications
What tolerances can you achieve?
We achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.005mm on Swiss-type turning, ±0.01mm on 5-axis milling, and ±0.015mm on standard CNC turning. Tolerances depend on part geometry, material, and feature accessibility.
What is your maximum part size?
Our 3-axis CNC mills can handle parts up to 1000 x 500 x 500mm. Our CNC turning centers accommodate diameters up to 400mm and lengths up to 1000mm. For larger components, please contact us to discuss specific requirements.
What materials do you work with?
We machine over 50 metal alloys including aluminum (6061, 7075, 2024, 5052), stainless steel (304, 316, 17-4 PH, 416), carbon and alloy steels (1018, 4140, D2, A2), copper alloys (C110, C360 brass, C932 bronze), and specialty materials like titanium, Inconel, and Invar.
What surface finishes do you offer?
We provide comprehensive finishing services including anodizing (Type II and Type III hard coat), powder coating, electroplating (zinc, nickel, chrome), passivation, chemical conversion coatings, media blasting, and polishing.
Do you provide quality documentation?
Yes, we provide comprehensive quality documentation including CMM inspection reports, first article inspection (FAI) reports per AS9102, material certifications, surface finish measurements, and dimensional inspection reports.

How do I request a quote?

What are your typical lead times?
Lead times vary by project complexity and volume: Prototypes (1-10 parts): 3-5 days. Low volume (10-500 parts): 7-14 days. Medium volume (500-5,000 parts): 2-4 weeks. High volume (5,000+ parts): Custom scheduling based on capacity planning.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept all major CAD formats including STEP (.stp, .step), IGES (.igs, .iges), SolidWorks (.sldprt, .sldasm), AutoCAD (.dwg, .dxf), PDF drawings, and 3D PDF. For complex assemblies, please include a bill of materials and assembly instructions.
Do you offer rush services?
Yes, we offer expedited services for urgent projects. Rush orders can reduce standard lead times by 30-50% depending on complexity and current capacity. Additional fees apply for expedited processing.
Do you offer expedited shipping to Southeast Asia and MENA?
Yes, we specialize in expedited shipping to both regions. For Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines), we offer 3-5 day standard delivery with rush options. For MENA (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Morocco), we provide 5-7 day priority shipping with expedited choices. Our Hong Kong location provides strategic access to both markets.
What are your payment terms?
Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment. For established customers, we offer net 30 terms. We accept bank transfers, letters of credit, and other standard payment methods.

Do you handle international shipping?
Yes, we provide comprehensive logistics support including export packaging, freight forwarding, customs documentation, and delivery coordination to destinations across MENA and South Asia. We specialize in expedited shipping to Southeast Asia (3-5 days) and MENA regions (5-7 days) with priority options available.
What are your expedited shipping options for SEA and MENA?
We offer priority shipping services for both regions. Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines) receives 3-5 day standard delivery with rush options. MENA countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Morocco) get 5-7 day priority shipping. Our Hong Kong headquarters provides strategic access to both markets, and we include customs clearance assistance, door-to-door delivery, and real-time tracking.
How do you package parts for shipping?
We use industry-standard packaging methods including VCI paper for corrosion protection, custom foam inserts for delicate components, wooden crates for heavy parts, and palletized shipping for bulk orders. All packaging is designed to prevent damage during transit.
Can you manage inventory and just-in-time delivery?

Do you provide material traceability?
